1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
Instructions:
| 1. Measure Chex Mix into a large bowl and set aside.
2. In a medium to large sauce pan, melt the stick of butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
3. Pour chocolate mixture over the Chex Mix and stir till evenly combined.
4. Add around 1/3 of the chocolate covered Chex Mix to another bowl and cover it with powdered sugar. (You shouldn't try to put the powdered sugar on the Chex Mix all at once or else it won't stick.) |
5. When you're finished adding powdered sugar it should look like this...
